Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Printed products cannot be returned.

• Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

• No refunds will be issued after production has started.

If BUBZ CREATIONZ is unable to complete an order due to circumstances within our control, an appropriate refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

• Production Time: Begins after your artwork is approved and payment has been received.

• Shipping Time: 3 business days anywhere within the U.S. after your backdrop has shipped.

• A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.
